What Kelvora is

Kelvora is a Windows app, and a website, that shows information and estimates about sports markets on Polymarket US. It can place orders on your behalf only after you switch trading on and confirm each order.

Not advice

Kelvora does not give financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It does not know your circumstances. The chances, verdicts and suggested amounts are estimates produced by software. You decide whether to trade, and you are responsible for every order you confirm.

Risk

Prediction-market trades can lose all of the money you put into them. A chance shown by Kelvora is not a promise, and a trade with a good verdict can still lose. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Who can use Kelvora

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use Polymarket US where you live. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and the rules of Polymarket US.

Your accounts and keys

Your Polymarket US key and your sync password are yours to protect. Kelvora saves your key on your computer, locked with Windows. If you forget your sync password, we cannot recover what was saved.

Other services

Kelvora works with Polymarket US and, if you add a key, The Odds API. We do not control those services, we are not affiliated with them, and their availability, prices and rules can change without notice.

Subscriptions and payment

While Kelvora is in early access it is free. These payment terms apply from the day we start charging.

Kelvora is paid by subscription, on a monthly or a yearly plan. The price of each plan is shown in the Pricing section of kelvora.dev and again on the payment page before you pay.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (every month or every year) at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app (Settings, Your subscription, Manage billing) or on Link’s website. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your purchase is made through Stripe’s Managed Payments service. Stripe, through its service Link, is the seller of record: it takes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax, and sends your receipt. Kelvora provides the software and the licence to use it. Your receipt and card statement will show Link (for example LINK.COM* KELVORA). We do not see or keep your card number. If a payment fails, we may stop your access until it is paid.

Refunds: you can ask for a full refund of your payment within 7 days of starting your subscription. To ask, send a message with the Support button and tell us the email on your account. After the first 7 days, payments, including renewals, are not refundable, except where the law requires it. Cancelling stops future payments but does not refund a period you have already paid for. In some cases Stripe, as the seller, may refund a payment itself within 60 days of the payment, and we may then end the related subscription.

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first through the Support button, so that we can fix it quickly, before you ask your bank to reverse it.

The prices shown do not include sales tax or similar taxes. Where the law requires tax to be charged, it is calculated at checkout from your billing address and added to the price shown, and you are responsible for any other tax that applies to your purchase.

We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change reaches you, and you can cancel before then.

To use Kelvora you need a Kelvora account and an internet connection, because the app checks your subscription with our server. If the server cannot be reached, the app keeps working for a few days after the last successful check.

Licence

While you have an active subscription, or free access that we give you, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Kelvora on computers that you own or control, for your own use. We keep all other rights in Kelvora, including its name, logo and design.

You may not sell, rent, lend or share Kelvora, your account or your subscription with anyone else; copy the app to give it to others; take it apart, decompile or change it, except where the law says you may; remove any notice in it; or get around or interfere with the subscription check.

The licence ends when your subscription ends, or if you break these terms.

Using Kelvora properly

Do not use Kelvora to break the law, to attack or overload our servers, or to try to read other people’s data.

Availability

The sync service and this website may be unavailable from time to time. The app keeps working on your computer without sync.

No warranty

Kelvora is provided “as is”, without promises that it is accurate, complete, or free of errors.

Limit of liability

Kelvora gives information and estimates only. We are not responsible for any trade you make, for any money you lose, or for any profit you do not make, whether or not you relied on Kelvora.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings or lost data, even if we were told they could happen. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for everything connected to Kelvora will not be more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or $50 if you have paid us nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

Ending

You can stop using Kelvora at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or your sync account, if you break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its rules about conflicts of laws. Any dispute about these terms or Kelvora will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. Before starting a dispute, please contact us through the Support button so that we can try to fix it.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top.
